Ingredients:
500 g cabbage, finely shredded
2 onions, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 eggs
4 tablespoons flour (60 g)
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
½ tsp paprika (optional)
2 tbsp oil (for frying)
Instructions:
Place the shredded cabbage in a bowl, sprinkle with salt, and gently massage it for 2–3 minutes until slightly softened.
Add the chopped onions and minced garlic to the cabbage.
Beat in the eggs, then add the flour, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well until everything is combined.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Spoon the mixture into the pan, flatten slightly, and cook for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
Remove and drain on paper towels.
