🎄🍫 Christmas Chocolate Caramel Cups – Sweet, Simple & Irresistibly Festive!
👇 Ingredients
2 cups chocolate chips (milk, dark, or semi-sweet)
1 cup soft caramels or caramel sauce
2 tbsp heavy cream (if using caramel candies)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Sea salt for topping (optional)
Holiday sprinkles (optional)
👇 Directions
1️⃣ Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
2️⃣ Melt 1 cup of chocolate in the microwave in 20–30 second intervals until smooth.
3️⃣ Spoon a small amount into each liner and use the back of a spoon to coat the sides. Freeze for 10 minutes.
4️⃣ For the caramel layer:
Melt caramels with heavy cream until smooth
Stir in vanilla
5️⃣ Add a small spoonful of warm caramel into each chocolate cup.
6️⃣ Melt the remaining 1 cup of chocolate and pour over the caramel to seal the cups.
7️⃣ Add sea salt or holiday sprinkles on top.
8️⃣ Chill until firm — about 15–20 minutes.
