Jello Whipped Cream Dessert
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups heavy cream
½ cup powdered sugar
1 box (3 oz) flavored Jello (any flavor you like — strawberry, raspberry, lemon, etc.)
1 cup boiling water
½ cup cold water
Optional: fresh fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries), crushed cookies, or whipped topping for decoration
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Make the Jello
In a large bowl, add the Jello powder.
Pour in 1 cup boiling water and whisk until completely dissolved.
Add ½ cup cold water and stir.
Place in the fridge for 15–20 minutes, just until slightly thickened but not fully set.
- Whip the cream
In a chilled bowl, beat the heavy cream with an electric mixer.
Add the powdered sugar gradually and continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
- Combine
Gently fold the semi-set Jello into the whipped cream using a spatula.
Mix slowly to keep it light and airy.
(Optional) Fold in chopped fruit for extra flavor and texture.
- Chill
Pour the mixture into a serving dish, individual cups, or a glass pan.
Smooth the top and refrigerate for 2–4 hours, or until fully set and fluffy.
- Serve
Top with fresh fruit, extra whipped cream, or cookie crumbs.
