⭐ Creamy Baked Chicken Rolls

Soft, juicy chicken baked in a creamy garlic sauce and topped with melted cheese. Perfect for a family dinner!


🌿 Ingredients

For the Chicken Rolls

4 large chicken breasts

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

2 tbsp olive oil (or melted butter)

For the Creamy Sauce

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)

1 tbsp flour (to thicken)

2 tbsp butter

Salt & pepper to taste

For Topping

1–1½ cups shredded mozzarella or cheese blend

Fresh parsley for garnish


🍳 Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Pound chicken breasts to make them thin and even.
  4. Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  5. Roll each chicken breast tightly (or simply fold if they are small).
  6. Place them seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil or melted butter.

  1. Make the Creamy Sauce
  2. In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter.
  3. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
  4. Stir in flour and cook 1 minute.
  5. Slowly pour in the chicken broth while whisking.
  6. Add heavy cream and mustard.
  7. Simmer 2–3 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.

  1. Assemble & Bake
  2. Pour the cream sauce evenly over the chicken rolls.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
  4. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is golden and bubbly.

  1. Serve

Garnish with fresh parsley.

Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, pasta, or bread to soak up the sauce.
