1 cup pineapple juice

1️⃣ Prepare the Wings
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the wings dry with paper towels.
Dry wings = crispier skin! - Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Arrange wings on a baking rack placed over a sheet pan (or directly on parchment paper).
2️⃣ Bake the Wings
Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Air fryer option: 400°F for 20–25 minutes, shaking halfway.
3️⃣ Make the Pineapple Glaze
- In a saucepan, combine:
Pineapple juice
Brown sugar
Soy sauce
Ketchup
Apple cider vinegar
Garlic
Ginger
- Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
- Cook 10–12 minutes, stirring often, until the glaze reduces.
- For extra stickiness, mix 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water, then add to the sauce and cook 1–2 minutes until thick.
4️⃣ Coat the Wings
- Once wings are done, place them in a large bowl.
