Sugar-Free Condensed Milk – Only 3 Ingredients! 🍯
Easy, delicious, and economical!

Ingredients:

1 cup unsweetened milk (or any plant-based milk)

2–3 tbsp sweetener of choice (like erythritol, stevia, or monk fruit)

2 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, combine milk and sweetener over medium heat.
  2. Stir constantly until the mixture reduces by about half (15–20 minutes).
  3. Add butter and mix until fully incorporated.
  4. Let it cool; it will thicken further. Store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
