2 tbsp unsalted butter
Instructions:

- Stir constantly until the mixture reduces by about half (15–20 minutes).
- Add butter and mix until fully incorporated.
- Let it cool; it will thicken further. Store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
