1 small onion, diced
1 oz taco seasoning
1/4 cup water
1 cup salsa
3 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)

Instructions
- Cook the Beef
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add the diced onion and cook until soft.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water.
- Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened.
- Remove from heat.
- Assemble the Lasagna
Use an 8×8 or 9×9 baking dish.
- Spread a thin layer of the beef mixture on the bottom.
- Add a layer of tortillas (you can cut them to fit).
- Spread more beef mixture on top.
- Add a few spoonfuls of salsa.
- Sprinkle a generous layer of shredded cheese.

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for another 10–15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve

Serve with sour cream, extra salsa, or jalapeños if you like.
