Crab Rangoon Wonton Cups Recipe :

Golden baked wonton wrappers filled with a creamy crab and cheese mixture — the perfect party bite!

Ingredients:

24 wonton wrappers
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1 can (6 oz) lump crab meat (drained) — or imitation crab, finely chopped
2 green onions, finely sliced
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper, to taste
Cooking spray

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Lightly grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
Form the cups:
Press a wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, shaping to fit.
Lightly spray wrappers with cooking spray.
Pre-bake the wrappers:
Bake for 5–7 minutes until just beginning to crisp. Remove and set aside.
Prepare filling:
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, sour cream, crab, green onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Fill the cups:
Spoon about 1 tablespoon of crab mixture into each pre-baked wonton cup.
Bake again:
Return to oven and bake another 8–10 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
Cool slightly & serve:
Garnish with extra green onion if desired. Serve warm!
