Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo Casserole
One of our absolute favorites—simple, cheesy, and loaded with flavor!

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
1.5–2 lbs broccoli
4 strips of bacon
~2 cups Alfredo sauce
Seasonings of choice (we use Tony’s, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika)
Shredded mozzarella for topping
Instructions
Cook the bacon
Fry the bacon until crisp, then chop into pieces.
Prepare the chicken and broccoli
Cook both the chicken and broccoli until they’re about 3/4 done. Season well with your preferred seasonings.
Combine ingredients
In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, broccoli, chopped bacon, and Alfredo sauce.
Assemble the casserole
Transfer everything to a 9×13 baking pan. Top generously with shredded mozzarella.
Bake
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Bonus Tip
This casserole is also amazing drizzled with enchilada sauce or Buffalo sauce before serving!
