Keto Pepperoni Pull-Apart Bread (Pizza Ring)
Ingredients
Fathead Dough
2 cups shredded mozzarella
2 oz cream cheese
1¼ cups almond flour
1 large egg
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp Italian seasoning
Pinch of salt
Toppings & Fillings
½ cup sugar-free marinara or pizza sauce (plus extra for dipping)
1½ cups shredded mozzarella
20–25 pepperoni slices
2 tbsp grated Parmesan
1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
½ tsp garlic powder (for brushing)
Optional: parsley, basil, red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat
Heat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a bundt pan or round baking dish with olive oil or butter.
- Make the Fathead Dough
Add mozzarella and cream cheese to a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave 1 minute, stir, then heat another 30 seconds until smooth.
Add almond flour, egg, baking powder, and seasonings.
Mix until a smooth dough forms.
Tip: Lightly oil your hands if the dough is sticky.
- Assemble the Pizza Ring
Divide the dough into small balls (about 1½–2 inches).
Lightly dip or roll each dough ball in pizza sauce.
Layer the dough balls in the bundt pan, sprinkling mozzarella and pepperoni between layers.
Add remaining cheese, pepperoni, and Parmesan on top.
- Bake
Bake 25–30 minutes, until golden, bubbly, and cooked through.
Let cool slightly, then flip onto a plate or serving platter.
- Finish & Serve
Brush with melted butter or olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and herbs.
Serve warm with extra marinara for dipping.
