The Cheapest Recipe Ever šŸ§€šŸ„–

This is the simplest, most budget-friendly recipe—made with just triangular cheese and flour.
My father asks for it all the time, and once you try it, you’ll understand why!

Ingredients

400 ml milk

4 cups flour (about 600 g)

1 teaspoon salt (5 g)

2 tablespoons sugar (26 g)

1 tablespoon yeast (8 g)

Triangular cheese (as needed)

Fresh dill, chopped

Sesame seeds (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Warm the milk slightly (lukewarm, not hot). Add sugar and yeast, mix, and let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour and salt.
  3. Pour in the milk mixture and knead until you get a soft, smooth dough.
  4. Cover and let the dough rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  5. Divide the dough into portions. Flatten each piece, add triangular cheese and dill, then seal and shape as desired.
  6. Place on a baking tray, brush lightly with milk, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  7. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes, until golden.
