Candy Apple Vodka Ice Bombs

Ingredients

1 cup vodka

½ cup apple juice (clear apple juice works best)

½ cup sugar

Optional: red food coloring, cinnamon sticks, or apple slices for garnish


Instructions

  1. Make the syrup:
    In a small saucepan, combine the sugar and apple juice. Heat over medium, stirring until the sugar fully dissolves. Do not boil.
  2. Cool it down:
    Remove from heat and let the mixture cool completely.
  3. Add the vodka:
    Once cool, stir in the vodka. (Add a drop or two of red food coloring if you want that classic candy-apple look.)
  4. Freeze:
    Pour into ice cube trays or silicone molds. Freeze for at least 4–6 hours, until solid.
  5. Serve:
    Drop 1–2 ice bombs into a glass of sparkling water, lemon-lime soda, or even apple cider for a fun fizz.

Tips & Variations

🍏 Extra candy-apple flavor: add a tiny pinch of cinnamon to the syrup

❄️ Stronger bombs: use less apple juice (⅓ cup)

🎉 Party trick: use sphere molds for dramatic-looking ice bombs
