🥒🍋 Fresh Cucumber Lemonade (Detox & Weight-Loss Drink)

📝 Ingredients:

2 large cucumbers, peeled and chopped

1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–5 lemons)

½ cup honey or sugar (adjust to taste — use less for weight loss)

4 cups cold water

Ice cubes, as needed

Lemon slices and cucumber rounds for garnish

Optional add-ins for better weight-loss results:

½ teaspoon fresh grated ginger

A handful of fresh mint leaves

A pinch of cinnamon or turmeric


👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Add the chopped cucumbers to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Strain the cucumber puree through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a large pitcher to remove the pulp.
  3. Pour the fresh lemon juice into the pitcher with the cucumber juice.
  4. Add the honey or sugar and stir well until fully dissolved.
  5. Slowly pour in the cold water and mix thoroughly.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  7. Serve over ice cubes and garnish with lemon slices and cucumber rounds.
