GREEK-STYLE GRILLED CHICKEN TENDERS πŸ”₯πŸ˜‹

πŸ“‹ Ingredients:

1 lb (450 g) chicken tenders

2 tbsp olive oil

Juice of 1 lemon (about 2 tbsp)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp dried oregano

Β½ tsp dried thyme (or Italian seasoning)

Β½ tsp paprika

Β½ tsp ground cumin (optional, but very Greek-style)

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Zest of Β½ lemon (optional, for extra flavor)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


πŸ₯£ Instructions:

  1. Make the marinade
    In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
  2. Marinate the chicken
    Add chicken tenders to the bowl and toss well to coat.
    Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes (up to 8 hours for best flavor).
  3. Grill the chicken

Preheat grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat.

Lightly oil the grates.

Grill chicken for 3–4 minutes per side, until nicely charred and fully cooked (internal temp 165Β°F / 74Β°C).

  1. Rest & garnish
    Remove from heat, let rest 2 minutes, then sprinkle with fresh parsley.
