Garlic Butter Linguine with Cheesy Beef & Italian Sausage 🍝🧄🧀

Creamy, savory pasta loaded with seasoned beef, Italian sausage, garlic butter, and melted cheese—pure comfort food.

Ingredients

1 lb pasta (rigatoni or linguine)

1 lb ground beef

1 lb Italian sausage, casings removed

4 tbsp butter

5 cloves garlic, minced

3 cups whole milk

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tbsp Cajun seasoning

1 tbsp Italian seasoning

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.

Drain and set aside.

2️⃣ Cook the Meat

In a large skillet over medium heat, add ground beef and Italian sausage.

Cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it up as it cooks.

Drain excess grease if needed. Set meat aside.

3️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter Sauce

In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and sauté for 30–45 seconds until fragrant.

Pour in chicken broth, whole milk, and heavy cream.

Stir well and bring to a gentle simmer.

4️⃣ Season & Thicken

Add Cajun seasoning and Italian seasoning.

Simmer for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.

5️⃣ Add Cheese & Meat

Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

Add cooked beef and sausage back into the sauce.

Mix well, then add mozzarella cheese and stir until creamy.

6️⃣ Combine with Pasta

Add the cooked pasta to the sauce.

Toss until everything is well coated.

Taste and adjust salt and pepper if needed.


🍽️ Serve

Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
