4-Ingredient No-Knead Bread 🍞 (So Easy!)

No kneading, no mixer—anyone can make this soft, homemade bread!

Ingredients:

370 ml (1½ cups) warm water

10 g (1 tbsp) dry yeast

500 g (about 4 cups) bread flour

8 g (1 tsp) salt

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix the warm water and dry yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add the bread flour and salt. Stir with a spoon until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise at room temperature for 1–2 hours, until doubled in size.
  4. Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F).
  5. Transfer the dough to a greased or parchment-lined pan (or shape gently with a spoon).
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until golden brown and hollow-sounding when tapped.
  7. Cool slightly, slice, and enjoy!
