🥩 Ingredients:

1 lb (500 g) ground beef

1 tbsp olive oil

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 bell pepper (green or red), chopped

2 tbsp tomato paste

1 cup diced tomatoes (no added sugar)

2 cups beef broth

1 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp salt (or to taste)

½ tsp chili powder or crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

1 tsp onion powder (optional)

1 tsp garlic powder (optional)


👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in the garlic and bell pepper; cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart.
  5. Mix in the tomato paste, diced tomatoes, and beef broth.
  6. Add all the spices and stir well.
  7. Reduce heat to low and let the chili simmer for 30–40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

🌿 Serving Tip:

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley or shredded cheddar cheese (keto-friendly).
