🛒 Ingredients
For the Beef
1 lb ground beef (80/20 works best)
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
For the Sauce (Big Mac–Style)
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
1 tsp yellow mustard
1 tsp white vinegar
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp sugar (optional)
For Assembly
4 large flour tortillas or wraps
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
½ cup diced pickles
¼ cup finely chopped onion
👩‍🍳 Instructions
Make the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, mustard, vinegar, paprika, and sugar. Cover and refrigerate while you cook the beef.
Cook the Beef
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess grease.
Warm the Tortillas
Heat tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and flexible.
Assemble the Wraps
Spread Big Mac sauce down the center of each tortilla
Add cooked beef
Sprinkle cheese over hot beef so it melts
Top with lettuce, pickles, and onions
Wrap & Serve
Fold in the sides, roll tightly, and serve immediately.

Toast the wraps seam-side down in a pan for extra crunch
