Carrot Walnut Cake
Quick & Easy – Foolproof Recipe
Ingredients
4 large eggs
1½ cups granulated sugar (225 g)
1 cup milk (200 ml)
1 cup vegetable oil (200 ml)
2½ cups all-purpose flour (300 g)
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp salt
2 cups grated carrots
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
Whisk eggs and sugar until light and slightly fluffy.
Add milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix well.
In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
Fold in grated carrots and walnuts.
Pour batter into the pan and smooth the top.
Bake 40–45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool slightly, slice, and enjoy ☕🍰
Optional Topping
Dust with powdered sugar
Or spread simple cream cheese frosting for extra indulgence
