🌯 Cheesy Ground Beef Delight Wrap 🧀🥩

🛒 Ingredients
For the beef filling
450 g ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp cumin
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
For the sauce
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp mustard or yogurt (for tang)
1 tsp lemon juice or vinegar
For assembling
4–6 large flour tortillas or wraps
Lettuce, shredded
Tomato, diced
Cucumber or pickles (optional)
Red onion slices (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions
Cook the beef
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion and sauté 2–3 minutes until soft.
Add garlic, then ground beef and cook until browned.
Season it
Add paprika, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook 2 more minutes.
Make it cheesy
Lower the heat, add shredded cheese, and stir until melted and creamy.
Prepare the sauce
Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard (or yogurt), and lemon juice in a bowl.
Assemble the wraps
Warm tortillas. Spread sauce, add beef mixture, then top with lettuce and veggies.
Wrap & serve
Roll tightly. You can toast the wraps in a pan for extra crispiness 🔥
