π Ingredients
2 cups chocolate chips (milk, dark, or semi-sweet)
1 cup soft caramels or caramel sauce
2 tbsp heavy cream (if using caramel candies)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Sea salt for topping (optional)
Holiday sprinkles (optional)
π Directions
1οΈβ£ Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
2οΈβ£ Melt 1 cup of chocolate in the microwave in 20β30 second intervals until smooth.
3οΈβ£ Spoon a small amount into each liner and use the back of a spoon to coat the sides. Freeze for 10 minutes.
4οΈβ£ For the caramel layer:
Melt caramels with heavy cream until smooth
Stir in vanilla
5οΈβ£ Add a small spoonful of warm caramel into each chocolate cup.
6οΈβ£ Melt the remaining 1 cup of chocolate and pour over the caramel to seal the cups.
7οΈβ£ Add sea salt or holiday sprinkles on top.
8οΈβ£ Chill until firm β about 15β20 minutes.
