1️⃣ Mix the Base
In a bowl, whisk together:
½ cup ricotta cheese
2 tablespoons chia seeds
¼ cup milk
1–2 tablespoons honey
½ teaspoon vanilla
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
A pinch of nutmeg
Mix until smooth and fully combined.
2️⃣ Rest & Thicken
Cover the bowl and let it sit for:
15 minutes, then stir again (to prevent clumping).
