🎄 Christmas Snowflake Cookies

🥮 Main Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

½ cup granulated sugar

½ cup unsalted butter, softened

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon almond extract

1 teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

Optional: festive sprinkles or sanding sugar

👩‍🍳 Directions

➡️ Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
➡️ In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
➡️ Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well, then stir in the vanilla and almond extracts.
➡️ In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
➡️ Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture until a soft dough forms.
➡️ Roll out the dough and cut into snowflake shapes (or any cookie cutter you like).
➡️ Place the cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
