Crazy Dough 🍞🍕🍩 – One Dough to Rule Them All!

🧺 Ingredients

1 cup warm milk

2¼ tsp active dry yeast (1 packet)

2 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp oil (vegetable or olive oil)

1 egg

3 cups all-purpose flour (plus more if needed)

1 tsp salt

🍞 Instructions

1️⃣ Wake up the yeast
In a large bowl, combine the warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Give it a quick stir and let it sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy and bubbly.

2️⃣ Add the wet ingredients
Next, stir in the oil and egg until well combined.

3️⃣ Bring in the flour
Add the flour and salt, mixing until a soft dough forms. If it feels sticky, sprinkle in a little more flour as needed.

4️⃣ Knead it smooth
Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5–7 minutes, until smooth, elastic, and slightly springy.

5️⃣ Let it rise
Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm spot for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

6️⃣ Ready to use!
Punch down the dough and use it however your heart desires—pizza crust, cinnamon rolls, rolls, bread, or more.
