Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Parmesan Cream Sauce 🥩🧄
Ingredients
1 lb (450g) sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp (28g) butter
5 cloves garlic, minced
Parmesan Cream Sauce
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tbsp olive oil
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Season the Steak
Pat steak bites dry. Season generously with salt and pepper.
Sear the Steak Bites
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.
Add steak bites in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
Remove from pan and set aside.
Garlic Butter Magic
Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the same skillet.
Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant (don’t burn!).
Make the Cream Sauce
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Add Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
Stir until smooth and slightly thickened.
Combine & Finish
Return steak bites to the skillet.
Toss in the sauce for 1–2 minutes until coated and juicy.
Serve
Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan.
