GREEK-STYLE GRILLED CHICKEN TENDERS 🔥😋
📋 Ingredients:
1 lb chicken tenders
2 tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon (about 2 tbsp)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp ground cumin (optional but very Greek-style)
½ tsp salt (or to taste)
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp chili flakes (optional)
1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt (optional – adds extra tenderness)
🥣 Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, chili flakes, and yogurt (if using).
Add chicken tenders and toss well to coat.
Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours for best flavor).
Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Grill chicken for 3–4 minutes per side, until nicely charred and cooked through.
Remove from heat and let rest for 2 minutes.
🥗 Serving Ideas:
Serve with tzatziki sauce, warm pita, and a Greek salad
Or enjoy over rice, quinoa, or roasted vegetables
