🌮🧀 Loaded Taco Pizza Bombs with Queso Drizzle
📋 Ingredients
Pizza Bombs
1 package refrigerated pizza dough
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella (optional, extra melt)
¼ cup diced onion
¼ cup diced bell pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
Queso Drizzle
1 cup queso dip (store-bought or homemade)
2 tbsp milk (to thin, if needed)
Optional Toppings
Sour cream
Chopped cilantro
Diced tomatoes
Sliced jalapeños
🥣 Instructions
Cook the Beef
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in taco seasoning and a little water (per packet directions). Simmer 2–3 minutes. Remove from heat.
Prepare the Dough
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out pizza dough and cut into 8–10 squares.
Fill the Bombs
Place a spoonful of taco beef in the center of each dough square.
Add cheddar cheese (and mozzarella if using), onion, and bell pepper.
Seal
Pull dough edges up and pinch tightly to form sealed balls. Place seam-side down on a lined baking sheet.
Lightly brush tops with olive oil.
Bake
Bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden brown.
Queso Drizzle
Warm queso with milk until smooth and pourable.
Serve
Drizzle warm queso over pizza bombs and finish with your favorite toppings.
