Mayonnaise and Parmesan Chicken
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp seasoning salt
Instructions
Preheat Oven
Preheat to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare Chicken
Place chicken breasts in a lightly greased baking dish.
Make the Topping
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and seasoning salt until well combined.
Coat the Chicken
Spread the mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
Bake
Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through (internal temp 165°F / 74°C) and topping is golden.
Serve
Let rest for 5 minutes, then serve warm.
Optional Add-Ins & Tips
Add garlic powder, paprika, or Italian seasoning for extra flavor.
Sprinkle a little breadcrumbs or panko on top for crunch.
Finish with fresh parsley or a squeeze of lemon.
