Mini German Pancakes (Dutch Baby Muffins)
Perfect for breakfast or brunch, these bake up golden with crisp edges and soft centers!
📝 Ingredients
¾ cup all-purpose flour
½ tsp kosher salt
½ tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp granulated sugar
¾ cup milk
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp unsalted butter (melted, plus more for greasing)
🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat Oven
Preheat to 400°F (200°C)
Generously grease a muffin tin with butter
2️⃣ Make the Batter
In a bowl, whisk flour, salt, cinnamon, and sugar
Add milk, eggs, vanilla, and melted butter
Whisk until smooth (batter will be thin)
3️⃣ Fill the Muffin Tin
Pour batter evenly into each muffin cup (about ¾ full)
4️⃣ Bake
Bake 15–18 minutes until puffed and golden
Do not open oven while baking
