Grandma’s Daily Wellness Drink
Ingredients
1 cup water
½ tsp ground cinnamon (or 1 cinnamon stick)
½ tsp fresh grated ginger (or ginger powder)
Juice of ½ lemon
1 tsp raw honey (add after cooling slightly)
Instructions
Bring the water to a gentle boil.
Add cinnamon and ginger, then simmer for 5–10 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Add lemon juice and honey. Stir well.
Drink warm, once daily.
