Pan-Seared Lamb Chops Bathed in Fragrant Garlic Herb Butter
Ingredients:
8 lamb chops
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Lemon wedges, for serving
Directions:
Remove lamb chops from the refrigerator 20 minutes before cooking and season generously with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
Add lamb chops to the pan and sear for 3–4 minutes per side until beautifully browned.
Reduce heat to medium and add butter, garlic, rosemary, and thyme.
Spoon the melted garlic butter over the lamb continuously for 1–2 minutes.
Remove from heat once the lamb reaches your desired doneness.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
